Papua New Guinea

Medium Roast: Raisin, Cedar, Toast.

Kunjin is a centralized plantation mill that processes cherry from smallholders who tend to their "coffee gardens," in the Waghi Valley at elevations between 1400–1800 m. The smallholders are not certified organic but by law PNG is organic. PNG is a country with great coffee potential but its social and economic problems make it difficult to produce consistent quality. This year's Kunjin is exceptional.
