We are thrilled to bring you a new and very special experimentally fermented lot from our Colombian
direct trade partner and friend, Chalo Fernandez (Chalo’s Colombian). This anaerobic fermentation
process included the gentle infusion of cardamom. The specifics of the La Fortuna process were
developed by Chalo’s brother, Diego, who is a Food Processing Engineer and a 5th generation specialty
coffee producer.
The sweet aroma of cardamom warms this delicious, citrusy, floral coffee. Definitely something new and
interesting to try.
